SOME 200 orphans and underprivileged children from Rumah Nur Salam, Rumah Nur Hikmah and Sekolah Kebangsaan Alam Damai were treated to a buka puasa by EH Magazine together with Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently.
The children were also presented with goodie bags courtesy of their host and were treated with performances by local celebrities like Bob of Akademi Fantasia, Mila, Noryn Aziz and more.
To make the event more memorable the children were asked to take part in games that had them singing and dancing, livening up the evening.
There were question and answer sessions and the sing a Raya song and Joget Hari Raya performances had everyone including the adults in stitches.
Twenty Eagle Scouts group from Sek Men Kebangsaan St John performed a special show called Tepuk Tepuk which delighted everyone present.
The event was graced by Women, Families and Community Development Ministry secretary-general Datuk Faizah Mohd Tahir,
Also present were Blue Inc CEO Datin Azliza Ahmad Tajuddin and Nikko Hotel general manager Michael Borostyan.
