ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL GATHERING

1. APPLICATION
The registration form must be completed and returned by 31st March 2009,
at the latest. Each participant must fillup a form.
2. PARTICIPATION FEET
The fee for the Asia Pacific Gathering per person is : RM = Ringgit Malaysia
Full Stay 3D/2N days weekend (Friday to Sunday)
Single Room RM1400 Hotel Block RM500.00 For Local
Two in a Room RM1100 Apartment RM410.00 Participants only
*Three in one Room RM850 Apartment RM330.00 Malaysians
This payment includes the cost of:
• 5 nights accommodation (16 July to 21 July 2009 included);
• Transport to and fro from airport
• All meals from 16th July dinner to 21st July breakfast included.
• Asia Pacific Gathering facilities including meeting hall and rooms, audio visual support, programme, etc.);
• Asia Pacific expenses.
• One tour
It does not include some optional excursions on free day
Note : Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
* Locals taking this package need to find their own transport to Selesa Resort.
3. ARRIVAL
Indicate on the registration form your expected time of arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Special transportation will be provided on arrival from the airport to resort and on departure from resort to airport.
4. INSURANCEY
ou are strongly advised to arrange personal travel and health insurance, which should include refund of your Asia Pacific Gathering fees,
if you are prevented from attending.
5. ACCOMODATION
All participants will be accommodated at the Selesa Resort that is located in the gentle hills of Bukit Tinggi,Pahang amidst lush greenery and only 35 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur and twenty minutes to GentingHighlands.
Single Room will be provided with Hotel style rooms and the rest will apartments double and single.All rooms have private bath-shower, toilet, and hot/cold water . Drinking Water – 6 Bottles.
6. EXCURSION
- (See section 6 of registration form).
Prices subject to change depending on numbers.
Details of the excursions are as follows:
1. Chilling Waterfall/Buddhist temple/ Hot spring- full Day RM200
CHILING WATERFALL is approximately 80km North of Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Kubu Bharu on the way to Fraser's Hill) It requires one hour walk in the jungle and need to cross the river five times.

2. Visiting Hot springs / Batu Caves ½ day RM100
Hot Spring & Caves are around 10km from resort.
To get to the caves you need to climb 272 stairs.
See the tallest Lord Murgan statue and drink local coconut water.
3. Visiting highlands full day - RM120
Take bus ride to a cable car station 40km from resort. Cable car ride tothe peak leads you to a theme park and casino.
4. Golf – the First ISGF’s Asia Pacific Golf Tournament 18 holes will be held on Sunday 19th July 2009.
RM120-Play Golf at the resort itself.
You may do this anytime ie morning and afternoon.
5. White Water Rafting RM295
Two hours drive from Resort to a 2nd and 3rd grade river with frequentrapids.
6. Malacca Tour - Historical city RM200
A famous day excursion to the historical state of Malacca where the history of Malaysia began. 2 hours away from KL.
7. City tours of Kuala Lumpur Day RM70
Places of interest in the City are Bird Park, Orchid garden, Butterfly Park &Muslim Museum ( at lake Gardens) Twin Towers, KL Tower,
Entrance fee to visit not included.
8. Elephant & Deer Sanctuary RM230
A day trip to Elephant conservation and Deer land.
